Whatโ€™s on Messages Page?

After you apply a job with JobSwift, all your application correspondence emails get routed to your JobSwift email address. These emails are shown on your Messages page.

You need to click on a message to see its content. You can also reply to these messages, as needed.

How to Bring Correspondence to JobSwift?

To bring your application correspondence to JobSwift, you need to use your JobSwift email ID when applying to jobs. This ensures that you receive all messages about your application on this email, which can be viewed on the Messages page.

Keeping correspondence on JobSwift is required to benefit from the automatic job tracking feature. JobSwift track jobs by analyzing your inbound messages.

What is JobSwift Email ID?

Each job saved on JobSwift has a linked email ID. You need to use this email when applying to jobs, so that it receives all future correspondence. Typically, this ID is generated randomly each time you save a job, and is unique to each job. See one example below.

Can I Customize my JobSwift Email ID?

Yes, you can also customize it from your profile settings. We recommend personalizing JobSwift email to keep it the same for all your applications. To customize your email, all you need to do is fill in your profile.

Once you save your profile, a customized email with your name and surname will be generated with the following format.

[first_name].[last_name].[random_hash].@apptk.my
