Integrating JobSwift in Your Job Applications

With only a few additional steps, you can embed JobSwift in your job applications and be free from tracking and managing them manually. In this section, we explain the generic workflow for applying jobs with JobSwift.

  1. Find a job you’re interested in.

  2. Save this job on JobSwift. You can use either our web app or browser extension.

  3. Get the email ID that JobSwift has generated for this job. JobSwift generates a unique email ID for each job you save. You can also choose your own email by setting it up in your profile settings.

  4. Start applying to the job you’re interested in. You need to use the same email that JobSwift has generated for you in your saved job. If you need to create an account on the employer’s site, you need to use this email ID there too.

  5. Autofill job application. Only works with JobSwift browser extension.

  6. Submit your application.

Once you’ve applied to a job with the email ID coming from JobSwift, all correspondence will be routed to your Messages page on JobSwift. From these messages, JobSwift automatically retrieves the current status of your application and updates it on your saved job.
